Sail is a hand printed linocut, measuring 3.5x5 inches. A serendipitous find of a linocut featuring a ship on the water inspired this print. The inspiration piece was found in a second hand book. The small size makes this print easy to fit anywhere in your home. The hand torn paper looks great in a float frame.
To make this print the artist carved the image out of a linoleum block and then carefully inked and hand pressed onto paper. Using oil-based ink and 100% cotton archival paper, you are sure to enjoy your art for years to come.
Each print will have unique marks of the handmade process. This makes every image an original. Sail is a limited edition of 50 prints. They are numbered and signed by the artist.
